Kevin S. Ranski has joined Daunno Realty Services as a Commercial Division Director. He brings with him a wealth of practical knowledge from prior work in the construction industry and networking skills cultivated by experiences in the political arena before spending the last 15 years in the commercial real estate industry. Kevin’s diverse experiences in working at boutique, and corporate sales platforms honed his vision for contributions to the structure of the Daunno Commercial division.

Currently he will be active developing the Daunno Commercial referral platform by creating a tailored commercial program for agents at NJRERG, an affiliated Daunno Realty Services company. In addition to his focus on developing infrastructure he will be active as a co-leader at the Director level concerning commercial transactions for Daunno Realty Services.

Over the years he has completed sales and leases in office, retail, and industrial transactions but has most enjoyed leveraging his creativity in working on repurposing assets and finding value in properties for his clients. His proudest moment was sourcing a buyer in a direct transaction for the reuse of a corporate showroom and warehouse converted into a call center for medical device monitoring bringing 100’s of jobs to New Jersey.
